This action as commenced was by petition of G. Bartling & Co., a partnership, plaintiff, appellant here, against Harris Truck Lines, Inc., a corporation, defendant, denominated an appellee here, for the recovery of past-due and owing premiums in the amount of $1,113.51 on an insurance policy issued by the plaintiff to this defendant. The defendant filed a special appearance on the ground that no sufficient personal service was had on this defendant...
