This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court based upon a jury verdict. The plaintiff, Vernelle W. Gober, brought suit against the defendant, Revlon, Inc., manufacturer of a product known as "Wonder Base", for injury to her fingernails and toenails alleged to have resulted from the use of the defendant's product.
