This is a suit to impress a constructive trust upon 1182 acres of grazing land upon the ground that the land was transferred to the defendants by mistake.

The entire transaction was an involved one. A simplified version of the facts is believed sufficient. The land is on top of the rim of the canyon of the John Day River. It is sometimes referred to as the Black Snag Springs Land and will be referred to as Black Snag. The land...
