This is an appeal from a judgment awarding respondent a divorce, and granting to her $225,000 cash, together with a residence of the value of $60,000 as her share of the community property.
Appellant and respondent were married in 1940. At marriage appellant had $59,538.50 which he inherited from his mother. In 1948 appellant received $283,287.57 by inheritance, and in 1955 he received an additional $98,597.63 in the same manner. The parties separated...
