This petition for a writ of certiorari was brought to review the decision of the respondent board denying an appeal from the issuance by the building inspector of the city of Warwick of a permit to construct a building in a district zoned "General Business." Pursuant to the writ the respondent board has certified to this court the pertinent records of its meeting and decision.
