PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of breaking and entering as defined in section 708.8, Code 1962, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried before court and jury and found guilty. Defendant was sentenced to a term not to exceed ten years in the men's reformatory at Anamosa. The sentence, however, was suspended and he was placed on parole during his good behavior. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript...
