This suit was instituted by plaintiff, praying for judgment for past due and unpaid rent against defendant as lessee and for issuance of a writ of provisional seizure. By supplemental pleading plaintiff claimed additional amounts alleged to be due for unpaid telephone and utility bills and also impleaded the Ouachita National Bank of Monroe as the escrow holder of the sum of $5,000.00 deposited by defendant under the original lease agreement as amended...
