This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County reversing a decision of the Council of the village of Orange, which decision discharged Charles Vajner, appellee here, from the office of marshal and chief of police after a full and proper hearing on charges preferred by the mayor pursuant to Section 733.35, Revised Code.
