Per Curiam.

Appellant American Security Bank, hereinafter called the "bank," on Sept. 12, 1963 filed a motion to remand the cause to the circuit court for further proceedings under H.R.C.P., Rule 60(b). The bank further moved for an extension of time for the filing of the record on appeal pending disposition of the motion to remand, and for a reasonable period thereafter should the motion to remand be denied.
