This is an action at law seeking recovery under a hospital insurance policy. On March 10, 1961 Zoltan Dezsi signed an application for insurance with defendant Mutual Benefit Health and Accident Association, generally called Mutual of Omaha, providing for benefits in the event of hospitalization.
