This controversy involves the validity of an award under the workmen's compensation act. The district court approved the award. The employer, Yellow Transit Freight Lines, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the employer, and its insurance carrier, Truck Insurance Exchange of The Farmers Insurance Group, hereinafter referred to as the insurer, have appealed.
