The Employers Mutual Liability Insurance Company of Wisconsin issued a policy of insurance of James O. Edwards. It obligates the company to pay him or his legal representative damages not in excess of $10,000 for bodily injury, including his death, resulting from the negligent operation of an uninsured automobile by a third party.
