This is an indictment for escape from the adult correctional institutions. The defendant pleaded not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity and was tried thereon by a justice of the superior court who found him guilty. The case is here on the defendant's bill of exceptions to the denial of his motion to dismiss the indictment, to the decision, and to the admission of certain testimony adduced by the state's cross-examination of the defendant...
