This is an action for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff's minor daughter, Sally Landrum, and for medical expenses incurred by him on behalf of the minor, resulting from a collision between a 1960 model Dodge stationwagon, owned by plaintiff and being driven by his wife, Mrs. Irble Landrum, and an Oldsmobile automobile owned and being driven by defendant, Anthony DeBona.
