Merchants Green Trading Stamp Company (Merchants) filed a verified complaint in the Superior Court, Chancery Division, seeking to permanently enjoin Vornado, Inc., trading as Two Guys from Harrison (Two Guys), from various activities concerning trading stamps. Having obtained a temporary restraint against said activities, Merchants applied for an interlocutory injunction. R.R. 4:67-2. A
