PER CURIAM.

Convicted of concealing and removing nontax paid whisky, the defendant has appealed, questioning the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain the conviction and the denial of a motion for a new trial. We find no insufficiency of the evidence, but conclude that a new trial should have been granted.
