READJUDICATION

SAYLOR, J., March 25, 1963.

This readjudication on the first and final account of the executor of the will of decedent supersedes the adjudication of October 24, 1961, and the supplemental adjudication of September 7, 1962.

The original adjudication sustained the direction of testator that income from his residuary estate be accumulated by his trustee for various periods totalling 400 years for the benefit of the Masonic Homes at Elizabethtown...
