The defendant appeals from a judgment rendered in a habeas corpus proceeding awarding custody of a minor child of the parties to the plaintiff. She has assigned error in the court's finding of subordinate facts, in its conclusions, in its denial of a motion to quash the application for the writ of habeas corpus, in its denial of a motion for nonsuit and in its overruling of her claims of law, which essentially relate to the matters already mentioned.
