This is an appeal from an order of the trial court sustaining appellee's motion to dismiss appellant's diversity suit for declaratory relief, on the ground that the requisite jurisdictional amount does not exist. The suit was brought by a medical doctor on appellee's group health and accident insurance policy, issued to members of the Oklahoma Medical Association.
