In this workman's compensation case the examiner made an award of compensation to the claimant, which was approved by the director of workmen's compensation. Upon appeal to the district court, findings of fact were made and the court entered its conclusion of law that the accident did not arise out of and in the course of claimant's employment with Centex Construction...
