California-Western States Life Insurance Company (hereinafter called petitioner) seeks review of an order of the Industrial Accident Commission which, approving a compromise agreement between the employee, the employer and the latter's workmen's compensation insurance carriers, awarded petitioner $250 in full satisfaction of its lien claim for $1,105.
