This is an appeal by Emanuel G. Shapiro from an order of the Orphans' Court for Harford County holding him in contempt of court for his refusal to testify when ordered to do so by that court. Shapiro had been appointed administrator of the estate of Joseph Shapiro, his father, after the latter died intestate on August 9, 1959.
