Plaintiffs in this action were all passengers in a 1959 Chevrolet Station Wagon owned and operated by defendant Peter S. Vitale who were injured in a collision between that vehicle and a 1956 Pontiac Sedan operated by Glen Martin on July 24, 1960, in this county.
