This is an appeal from a judgment of the Vanderburgh Circuit Court convicting the appellant of the crime of robbery while armed with a dangerous or deadly weapon. The prosecution was instituted by the State of Indiana against appellant and one Ezra Franklin Smith by affidavit in two counts filed against them in the Vanderburgh Circuit Court.
