On April 4, 1961, plaintiff-appellee, Philip H. Henderson, recovered a judgment against the defendant-appellee, James Newland, and one Robert Supanich in the amount of $3500 for personal injuries and property damage.

The Circuit Court of Lake County in a supplementary proceeding entered an order on June 22, 1962, ordering the respondent-appellant, Banner Mutual Insurance Company, to pay plaintiff-appellee the aforesaid judgment together with interest...
