This record shows that on 5 February 1949, Kathleen Peppers Morgan was granted a decree of divorce from Charles William Morgan. Under said decree the custody of the two minor children of the marriage, a son and a daughter, was awarded to Kathleen Peppers Morgan, and a written agreement between the parties as to child support was ratified and approved.
