This is a suit brought by 17 missile site employees of the defendants to recover overtime compensation alleged to be due under the provisions of section 7 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended and supplemented, 29 U.S. C.A. § 207. The action was commenced in the Circuit Court of White County, Arkansas, and was duly removed to this Court by the defendants.
