In this action to recover damages for personal injuries, resulting from an automobile accident, the plaintiff-appellant recovered a verdict for $258.50. Thereafter, the plaintiff moved for judgment non obstante veredicto, or for a new trial, upon five grounds, all of which were based upon the contention that the verdict was inadequate, unreasonable and unresponsive to the proof...
