This suit was instituted by plaintiff, Gibson's Tri-State Wholesale, Inc., to recover upon a policy providing insurance for fire and extended coverage issued on November 1, 1959 by the defendant, Scottish Union & National Insurance Company, through James Fortner, its local agent.
