Plaintiff instituted this suit for workmen's compensation benefits against his employer, Louisiana Wild Life and Fisheries Commission, and his employer's insurer, Houston Fire & Casualty Company. He claims total and permanent disability as a result of contracting chemical pneumonitis from a chemical spray, 2-4-D, which he used in his work. From a judgment in the lower court awarding plaintiff maximum benefits for a period not exceeding 400 weeks...
