Plaintiff in the trial court, Charles Sherrod, recovered the sum of $2,500 against the defendant, Agnes Landon, as administratrix of the estate of Grace Mansbarger, deceased, by way of judgment entered by the court upon a jury verdict. The recovery was allowed for services claimed to have been rendered by the plaintiff to the defendant's decedent during her lifetime.
