The questions before us are whether the language of testator's will reveals an intent on his part: (1) that the statutory proration of the Federal estate tax shall not take place and, (2) that his testamentary gifts shall be awarded to his beneficiaries without deduction for the Pennsylvania transfer inheritance tax.
