This proceeding began as a boundary action. Plaintiffs alleged ownership of a 56acre tract of land in Natchitoches Parish, lying contiguous to and to the west of property owned by defendant, and prayed for appointment of a surveyor and in due course a judgment determining the boundary line between the respective properties.
