I. Plaintiff's decedent died from injuries sustained in an accident which occurred while she was riding in an automobile owned and driven by defendant's decedent, who was also killed. For convenience, Mrs. Livingston, the passenger will be referred to as plaintiff and Miss Schreckengost, the driver will be referred to as defendant. The details of the accident are not pertinent to the disposition of the case as the only evidentiary question presented...
