This is an appeal by Lester H. Steinem and his wife, defendants below, from a decree of the Circuit Court for St. Mary's County which declared that title to a sandbar in the Patuxent River is vested in the plaintiffs-appellees, Dorothy C. Romney, Oran R. Wilkerson and his wife, and John F. Gross and his wife, and which granted other relief. In a previous appeal by the plantiffs we held that this suit was properly cognizable...
