Plaintiffs brought this suit for damages allegedly sustained by them arising out of the death of their mother, resulting from an automobile accident, which occurred on April 24, 1960. The plaintiffs alleged that the accident was caused by the negligence of the defendant Anthony Musso. All of the plaintiffs were majors except Mrs. Ethel Dorsey Carter who was, at the time of the filing of the suit, a minor over the age of eighteen years duly emancipated...
