FORD, J.

In a nonjury trial the defendant was found guilty of violating subdivisions 1 and 3 of section 337a of the Penal Code. His motion for a new trial was denied. Probation was denied. On each count the punishment imposed was imprisonment in the county jail for a term of three months, the sentences to be served concurrently. The appeal is from the judgment.1
