This action in tort arises from an automobile collision which occurred at the intersection of South Farmerville Street and Chatham Road in Ruston, Louisiana, about 10:00 o'clock P.M., June 2, 1961. The plaintiff, Dennis Long, appearing individually and as administrator of the estate of his minor son, Larry Long, seeks recovery for property damage to his automobile, for personal injuries and disfigurement to his son, and incidental medical expenses...
