Claude F. Thompson and his wife, hereafter referred to as appellees, sued E.A. Vaughey, W.M. Vaughey, and W.T. Blackburn, hereafter referred to as appellants, and the West Coast Minerals Company, to compel payment of $18,750, allegedly due as liquidated damage under a sales contract.
