The City of Atlanta owns a tract of land in Clayton County, Georgia, which contains approximately 50 acres. For a stated amount, payable annually, it leased such tract to Delta Air Lines, Inc., a private corporation for 30 years from January 1, 1960, with the right to renew the lease for an additional 20 years if the lessee elects to do so.
