This is a suit for workmen's compensation against plaintiff's employer and, by supplemental petition, the latter's insurer. The petition alleges that plaintiff was permanently and totally disabled as a result of an accident, sustained during the course and scope of his employment, which caused a recurrence of a previously sustained and corrected ruptured intervertebral disc.
