This is an appeal from a conviction of murder in the first degree on two counts.

The victims were the defendant's husband, Elliston Moore, and Mrs. Elva Davidson. They were admittedly shot and killed by the defendant in the Moore home about 10:30 p.m., Saturday, June 3, 1961, after they had retired for the night (the husband on a daveno in the living room, and Mrs. Davidson and the defendant in the same bed...
