The appeal in this case is from a judgment of the trial court predicated upon a jury verdict in favor of plaintiffs, Kathryn D. McWaters and her husband, Marcus V. McWaters, individually and as administrator of the estate of his minor daughter, Karyn McWaters, awarding damages for personal injuries and resultant medical expense sustained and incurred by Mrs. McWaters and Karyn in an intersectional automobile accident which occurred in the City of Hammond...
