The sole issue on this appeal is whether the trial court abused its discretion in allowing plaintiff's attorney an enlargement of time in which to serve the bill of exceptions.

Although notice of entry of judgment in this action was served on the plaintiff through his attorney on April 6, 1962, the proposed bill of exceptions was not served on the defendants until one hundred seventy-five days later, on September 28, 1962. Sec. 270.47, Stats. 1961...
