Plaintiff, Julia Huff Hancock, prosecutes this appeal from a judgment of the Seventeenth Judicial District Court, Terrebonne Parish, transferring her suit (for workmen's compensation benefits) against her employer, Rite-Care Poultry Company, Inc., and its compensation insurer, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, to the Eleventh Judicial District Court, DeSoto Parish, Louisiana, upon said defendants' exceptions...
