The plaintiff, Frances J. Herndon, brought this action at law to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by her when the automobile of the defendants, Bryce Crawford and Mary B. Crawford, driven by Mary B. Crawford, backed out of a parking place at the Countryside Village Shopping Center in Omaha and collided with the back end of an automobile in which the plaintiff was sitting. The case was tried...
