NOS. 312-314 EAST EIGHTH STREET, containing approximately 2280 square feet, Isadore Newman and Rose Newman, his wife, and Hyman Cohen and Naomi Cohen, his wife, Samuel Cohen, Sadie Toumarkine, Charles I. Belfint and Harold W. Frame, surviving Trustees of the Trust under the Will of Harry Cohen, deceased, Mortgagees, and Minnie Naiman, Mortgagee, Owners of said property or of some part thereof or interest therein, and Unknown Owners.
