In this case, plaintiffs, John and Florence M. Hanna, hereinafter called the "Hanna's" have sued defendants, the Tremarco Corporation, hereinafter called "Tremarco" and Gulf Oil Corporation, hereinafter called "Gulf" for damages allegedly suffered by the Hannas, when Tremarco terminated an option agreement it had to buy some land of the Hannas.
