This appeal is taken from a judgment entered in the Columbus Municipal Court, following the return of a verdict of guilty by a jury. Defendant, appellant herein, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on August 12, 1962. He was arrested following a collision with a parked automobile.
