Plaintiff has appealed from a final decree entered after a trial on the merits by which the relief prayed in its complaint was granted in part and denied in part. Appellant questions the correctness of that provision of the final decree which holds that under the circumstances presented by the evidence the picketing by defendant labor union of the job sites at which plaintiff was working pursuant to valid contracts was lawful and did not warrant...
